Chanshuo’s goal is to become more attractive to foreign audiences and increase the number of bookings from foreign residents in Taiwan.

Hey Stranger's Solution

We built a multichannel strategy designed to boost visibility and brand recognition. We overhauled Chanshuo’s English website to improve accessibility and translated the booking system for non-Mandarin speakers. SEO-focused content was added to attract traffic to English pages.

We launched English social media channels with informative and inspiring content, supported by a mix of aesthetic BGC and authentic UGC to showcase the glamping experience. To amplify reach, we paired this with social and search advertising on Meta and Google.

Finally, we brought the brand into the community through offline activations at foreigner meetups, networking events, and Facebook groups, creating authentic touchpoints that turned awareness into action.
