We stepped in as interim Head of Marketing to support the development of streamlined workflows, implement high-impact CRM flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, Trustpilot), and enhance content planning. We also supported ongoing content production, ensuring consistency across emails, social media, ads and customer touchpoints. On social media, we introduced a customer-first approach and user-generated content strategies. We introduced a data-driven ad-capaign budget and structure and optimized or replaced running campaigns.
